Please do not notify us that you are cancelling a service (i.e. DM, email, etc.). Clients must cancel themselves on their Mindbody account.
DROP-IN CLASS/WORKSHOPS: If a drop-in class or workshop is canceled at least 12 hours before the class/workshop start time, a credit will automatically show up in your account. Drop-in classes and workshops canceled within 12 hours of the start time will result in the loss of a credit. No shows will lose their credit and also be charged a $5 fee.
PRIVATE LESSONS: If a private lesson is canceled at least 12 hours before the private lesson start time, a credit will automatically show up in your account. Private lessons canceled within 12 hours of the start time will result in the loss of a credit and a $20 fee. No shows will lose their credit and also be charged a $40 fee.
LATE ARRIVALS: Dancers who arrive 15 minutes or more late are welcome to observe class, but they cannot participate. This is a safety concern as the class has already warmed-up and stretched. The teacher will greet and prompt the dancer to sit in the front or side of the room and observe. There are no class credits for late classes.
Accidental No-Show & Check-In Policy:
All clients are responsible for checking themselves in upon arrival for class. Our check-in system allows us to accurately track attendance and determine whether a reservation was used. An Accidental No-Show occurs when a client attends their scheduled class but does not properly check themselves in, resulting in the system recording the reservation as a no-show and assessing the applicable no-show fee. This policy applies only to clients who were physically present and participated in the class. It does not apply to clients who missed their scheduled class.
First Accidental No-Show:
We understand that mistakes happen! If a client attended class but accidentally failed to check in, the first Accidental No-Show fee may be refunded as a one-time courtesy, provided the request is made within 30 days of the affected class and attendance can reasonably be verified.
Additional Accidental No-Shows:
After the first courtesy refund, clients are responsible for ensuring that they are properly checked in for each class they attend.
If a client attends class but fails to check in again, the no-show fee will remain on the account and will not be refunded, even if attendance can later be verified.
30-Day Review Window
Any request to review or dispute an Accidental No-Show charge must be submitted within 30 days of the affected class. Requests received more than 30 days after the class date are not eligible for review or refund.
Why We Have This Policy
Accurate check-ins are important for attendance tracking, class capacity, waitlists, and ensuring that available class spots are being used appropriately. We are happy to correct a first-time mistake, but ultimately each client is responsible for confirming that they have successfully checked in for class.
All series and performances are NON REFUNDABLE and cannot be traded in for class credits. -
