Little Tots + Tots (Ages 18 months–3.5years)

Class Description: In Creative Movement, dancers improve their coordination, gross and fine motor skills, and spatial awareness while learning how to find the beat of music, follow directions, and express themselves with props.
Dress Code: Creative movement is designed to be fun, which means your dancer can wear whatever they are comfortable dancing in! Dancers can wear a leotard and dance skirt with pink tights and ballet slippers. Dancers can also wear other athletic-type wear and dance barefoot or other dance shoes such as jazz shoes.

Class Description: In Move With Me, dancers will attend class with their parent/guardian while they gain the confidence to attend class by themselves, at which time they can enroll in Tots Creative Movement. Dancers will improve their coordination, gross and fine motor skills, and spacial awareness while learning how to find the beat of music, follow directions, and express themselves with props.
Dress Code: Move with Me is designed to be fun, which means your dancer can wear whatever they are comfortable dancing in! Preschool (Ages 3.5–4.5years)

Class Description: Dancers will learn the fundamentals of ballet and tap by spending time on both each week. They will always begin with tap so their parent/guardian can assist them with putting on their tap shoes.
Dress Code: Dancers may choose from the following attire options, based on comfort and preference:
Option A: Fitted tank top, crop top, or leotard (any color) with dance shorts or leggings, tan tights optional, tan or black jazz and tap shoes
Option B: T-shirt or tank with black pants or dance shorts, black jazz and tap shoes
Hair should be worn up and away from the face. All hair textures and styles are welcome, including braids, puffs, twists, buns, and locs.

Class Description: Tiny Dancers will learn the fundamentals of hip hop through isolations and precision dance moves and technique.
Dress Code: Dancers may choose from the following attire options, based on comfort and preference:
Option A: Fitted tank top, crop top, or leotard (any color) with dance shorts or leggings, tan tights optional, studio-only sneakers (no street shoes)
Option B: T-shirt or tank with black pants or dance shorts, studio-only sneakers (no street shoes)
Hair should be worn up and away from the face. All hair textures and styles are welcome, including braids, puffs, twists, buns, and locs.
Primary (Kindergarten–2nd Grade)

Class Description: Ballet is the foundational style of many dance styles. This class focuses on developing technique at the ballet barre, across the floor, and at the center of the room.
Dress Code: Dancers may choose from the following attire options, based on comfort and preference:
Option A: Leotard (any color), with or without skirt, pink or skin-tone tights, pink ballet slippers
Option B: White fitted t-shirt or tank top with black dance shorts or leggings, black ballet slippers, white socks optional
Hair should be secured away from the face All hair textures and styles are welcome, includi.ng buns, braids, puffs, twists, and locs.

Dress Code: Girls: Any color leotard, skirts optional, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, black princess or Mary Jane tap shoes, hair up out of face. Boys: White T-shirt, black dance shorts, black ballet slippers, white socks if desired, black oxford tap shoes.

Class Description: Hip Hop represents the ultimate form of personal expression. Sessions encompass warm-ups, floor movements, and style explorations such as popping, locking, waving, gliding, and more.

Class Description: Dancers will learn the fundamentals of jazz and hip hop by spending time on both each week. Their classes will consist of improving their technique and flexibility in jazz and their isolations and footwork in hip hop.
Dress Code: Girls: Any color fitted dance shorts, tank top, crop top, or any color leotard, tan tights, tan or black jazz shoes, any color sneaker (only for studio use). Hair up and away from face. Boys: Black shorts or pants, T-shirt, black jazz shoes, any color sneaker (only for studio use).

Class Description: Leaps, Extensions, and Turns focuses on jazz technical skills across the floor and in the center of the room. Dancers will gain confidence in their skills under the direction of our experienced staff.

Prerequisite Requirements (Director Approval Required):
Clean single pirouettes in passé on relevé with proper spotting and form
Consistent chassé, pas de bourrée, and piqué prep used for across-the-floor progressions
Leaps with height and technique, including straight-leg leaps, saut de chats, and beginning switch leaps
Developed flexibility and control in kicks, low to mid-level développés, and split lines
Beginning a la seconde turns and strong chainés with consistent spotting
Musicality and performance quality, with the ability to apply feedback and retain choreography

Class Description: Musical Theater focuses on style, technique, and storytelling.Dancers will not only work on dancing, but also enrich their acting abilities through movement.
Dress Code: Girls: Any color fitted dance shorts, tank top, crop top, or any color leotard, tan tights, tan or black jazz shoes. Hair up and away from face. Boys: Black shorts or pants, T-shirt, black jazz shoes.

Class Description: Pom dance incorporates elements from various dance styles, including jazz and hip hop. Dancers often integrate jazz-inspired techniques such as kicks, turns, leaps, and extensions, combined with hip hop-inspired isolations and body movements. Poms to be provided by the dance studio for your dancer to borrow during class, but dancers will first learn how to execute their motions without poms.
Dress Code: Girls: Any color fitted dance shorts, tank top, crop top, or any color leotard, tan tights, tan or black jazz shoes, or cheer sneakers. Hair up and away from face. Boys: Black shorts or pants, T-shirt, black jazz shoes, or cheer sneakers.
Junior (3rd–5th Grade)

Class Description: Dancers will learn new skills in acro, with the curriculum catered to each dancer since skills and comfort levels will vary. Mats will be used and instructor will be attentive to ensure the safety of every student.
Dress Code: Girls: Any color leotard, fitted tank top, sports bra and tights or tight fitting shorts/leggings. Hair up and out of face. No shoes required. Boys: Tight fitting shirt and pants. Hair secured off face, if applicable. No shoes required.

Dancers will develop timing, coordination, musicality, and precision through fun warm-ups, across-the-floor exercises, and choreography. Perfect for building strong footwork and confidence, this class is great for dancers who love to move and make music with their steps!
